It is the policy of Group Training & Development Limited to take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure the health, safety and welfare at work of employees, trainees and members of the general public.
Group Training & Development Limited will ensure that every effort is made to meet statutory requirements and codes of practice relating to the Companies activities, and any relevant recommendations from bodies dealing with industrial health and safety. Financial provisions will be made available for the implementation of Health and Safety.

The successful implementation of the policy requires total commitment from all employees and members. Each individual has a legal obligation to take reasonable care for his or her own health and safety, and for the safety of other people whom their acts or omissions may affect.
Employees and Trainees will be given such information, instruction and training as is necessary to enable the safe performance of work activities, and must co-operate to enable all statutory duties to be complied with.
The Board of Directors will monitor the Health & Safety Policy on a regular basis and with the assistance of the Health and Safety Advisor revise where necessary in the light of legislative or organisational changes. The policy will be reviewed every 12 months. Employees will be informed of any revision.
